Aurore Gallice

“Aurore, have you ever done any sales?” my tutor, who is in charge of the Agatha jewellery store near my home, asks me. No, of course not! I’m 14 years old and this is my discovery course in secondary school.

“Because your numbers are good”.
Retail and sales are part of my DNA. Even during my paramedical studies, driven by a real passion for science, I worked in a shop.
So, when I decided to change my career path, it was only natural that I should return to retail. I then developed two areas of expertise: sales techniques and customer relations, and training and adult learning.

A saleswoman at Hermès during my new studies, I later became Training Manager at Cartier Parfums, then at the Chantelle group for their four brands.
My insatiable curiosity leads me to innovate, and I take the digital turn, which I do not consider as an end in itself, but as a tool.
I like to use my learning for training purposes.
Yesterday ‘edutainment’ and emotional intelligence, tomorrow neuroscience and metavers, why not!
