craftsmanship.<\/p>\n<p>My 8 years at CHANEL, particularly in Haute Couture, taught me that every detail matters, even when it remains unseen.<br \/>\nI also learned that the client experience, at this level of sophistication, is built on a delicate balance between an intimate understanding of the client, anticipating their desires, and staying true to the Maison\u2019s DNA.<br \/>\nFrom this immersion, I developed a passion for sharing knowledge: designing and leading bespoke modules that allow me to tell stories with enthusiasm.<\/p>\n<p>Later, in Bordeaux, I continued my journey with Premier Grand Cru Class\u00e9 estates, where the client experience is reinvented through wine tourism, gastronomy, and hospitality.<\/p>\n<p>Since 2019, I have been teaching excellence and the codes of luxury to students at the ISG Luxury Program and the INSEEC Master Luxury, Wine &amp; Spirit Program.<\/p>\n<p>Today, at The Wind Rose, I help Houses and Brands reveal the power of their client experience and unite their teams, convinced that nothing is more valuable than the human connection between a Brand and its Clients and
